It has been a long time since I posted anything.

Mainly I have not posted anything because my software is in a kind of inbetween state and posting takes more than one step. Damn I am lazy. Over the holidays I should be able to get enough work on it done so that I can post with one button press. I have C-scheme bridging working, so the Cocoa frontend is not far off, I just have to figure out how to make some type marshalling work.

It has been an eventful few weeks. I took a week long Cocoa class, and switched over from being a "Low Level Integration Engineer" to being a "Performance Integration Engineer."

I saw Lord of the Rings on Wednesday morning (with about 300 other Apple employees). It was pretty good, I really enjoyed it, I can't wait to see the next one.

I saw Tori Amos in San Francisco on friday. It was a lot of fun, but its the kind of thing that is fun in a depressing sort of way, thinking about the mistakes I have made. Its the third time I have seen Tori in concert, and it is a bit more sobering for me than the last two were

I dropped my friend Jamie off at the airport yesterday, he was flying back to Scotland. After that I went to the city to hang out with Meghana, who was up from LA. We went shopping for books and alcohol, and ate at pretty nice chinese place.

I suppose the reason I am finally getting off my ass and writing anything is because old friends are finding me through this site, and I want it to look like I am alive.
